Often, when getting the train to work in the morning, shortly before arriving at our terminus the conductor will announce good morning ladies and gentlemen, we will shortly be. All day there were ladies and gentlemen arriving at the red house. The issue is that when you use 'arrive at' followed by the name of a big city, what is understood is that you arrived at the station or airport. As a formal email, which one should i choose?
