The path to the mugshots folder should be something like d:\modding\easynpc\mugshots\ [insert npc mod here] so it has to be inside the easynpc. I know easynpc is able to detect the mods because it. How publicly available or easy to access is going to vary greatly. It’s just a black silhouette.
