A few days ago, i suddenly quit receiving emails to my comcast account. Once you're there, look for the little envelope icon or a link that says 'email' or 'mail'. It sends me in a continuous loop like the many other users who have also complained. Will be getting a new phone under another carrier will need transfer pin #
