What this is, is a more natural appearing mugshots used for easynpc.
The path to the mugshots folder should be something like d:\modding\easynpc\mugshots\ [insert npc mod here] so it has to be inside the easynpc.
Is there a public record i could use to find it? It may be available from the arresting agency, even though it may not be published online. Dedicated to all the attractive mugshots out there. When i google myself i can't find it.

I know easynpc is able to detect the mods because it. Let’s get weird but not too weird cause you will get. How publicly available or easy to access is going to vary greatly. You might have to put in a public records request for it.
