I don't have a ms account and. If i enter say display *.png in a directory containing multiple png files, only one is displayed. If i select multiple bmp or png files, only one instance of photo viewer opens up (i haven't noticed this before because most of the time i deal with jpegs ).

You can look at the project on github. I need to open a png file and it doesn't work on windows10. The image is of course an approximation. I have a linux machine which i am accessing via ssh with a macbook.
